I found it odd today how much in lockstep conservative commentators were today in their criticism of the Wall Street protesters.  Everyone from Rush Limbaugh to Sean Hannity to Bill O’ Reilly have these protesters pegged as complete nut cases.  I also find it hard to believe that every single one of these individuals is completely inarticulate.  Rather, I would suspect that large numbers of interviews are being video taped and only those that seem unintelligible are being shown.  I have no proof of this, but I have my suspicions.  I know that there are a large number of people out of work and many are recent college graduates that are on the hook for tens of thousands of dollars in student loans.

We receive countless e mails from individuals that have lost their homes due to what appears to be unfair treatment from the nation’s largest banks.  Yes, Wall Street and the big banks were bailed out.  Yes, they don’t seem to remember that and offer nothing more than business as usual to Americans that are struggling financially.  After what has been a horrible record of working with homeowners in foreclosure, Bank of America is now going to start charging $5 monthly just for the privilege of having a debit card.

I certainly don’t support violence or blocking public roadways, but I do support the rights of these people to organize and protest.  I also think that being mad at Wall Street and the banking system is not that crazy of a perspective to have based on recent history.  I guess Limbaugh, Hannity, and O’ Reilly can add my name to their nut case list.

That’s how I see it my Facebook Friends.  Agree or disagree, post your comments below.
